PROCESSING TIME
Every portrait is custom made to order just for 
you. Once your order is placed and your pet photo 
is received please allow 2-3 business days for 
production.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard shipping 5-8 business days after 
production is complete.

Total estimated delivery 7-11 business days 
from the date your photo is received.

SHIPPING RATES
🐾 Free shipping on all orders over $79

TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking 
number via email so you can follow your portrait 
all the way to your door.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Your portrait cannot begin production until we 
receive your pet photo. Please submit your photo 
promptly to avoid delays.
